Receipt scanning
Use Add receipt on a supported physical iPhone. Review every detected item, amount, category, and job before saving. If recognition misses a field, edit it manually before you save.
Purchases and refunds
Select Purchase or Refund during review. A single receipt can be split across multiple jobs by assigning each detected item to the correct project.
Restore CostNota Pro
Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Subscription billing is managed by Apple.
Backups
Open Privacy & Data to export a password-encrypted backup. Keep the password in a safe place: CostNota cannot recover it.
