Purpose and limitations

CostNota is a field decision tool. It is not accounting, tax, payroll, estimating, legal-signature, or professional financial advice software. Profit and cost figures reflect only the information the user records.

Subscriptions

CostNota Pro is available as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and trial eligibility are shown by the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing a subscription

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available inside CostNota. Existing records remain readable after a subscription expires, while Pro creation and export features may become unavailable.

User responsibility

Receipt recognition and job suggestions are advisory and may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing detected fields, job assignments, costs, refunds, and exported documents before relying on them.
